NakaSeed Account and Data Deletion
NakaSeed is operated by Creativelab Pty Ltd. If you no longer want to use NakaSeed, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data using the form below, or by emailing us directly. This page is publicly accessible without needing to install the app or sign in.
Submitting this form requests deletion of your account — it does not delete your account instantly. We verify ownership of the account before any data is removed.
How it works
You submit a request with your registered email or phone number. Our support team verifies that the request matches the account on file, then processes the deletion. We confirm completion by replying to the email or phone number you provided.
What gets deleted
Your profile details, product or marketplace listings, saved preferences, and your account login are deleted from our active systems once a request is verified and processed.
What may be retained
We may keep limited records, such as completed order or payment records, only where required by law or needed for fraud prevention and dispute resolution. The exact retention periods for these records are being finalized with our data protection team and will be published here once confirmed.
