Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using NAKASEED, you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement and that you agree to comply with these terms and any applicable laws.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Buying and Selling on NAKASEED
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing and quality of produce. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before purchasing. NAKASEED facilitates the connection but is not a party to the sale between buyers and sellers.
Payments and Mobile Money
Payments made through the platform, including Mobile Money transactions, are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. You agree to their applicable terms when making or receiving a payment.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, post false or misleading listings, engage in fraudulent transactions, or interfere with the security or proper functioning of NAKASEED.
Limitation of Liability
NAKASEED provides the marketplace on an as-is basis and is not liable for losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, delays in delivery, or issues with third-party payment or logistics providers.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform, in order to protect our community of farmers and buyers.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as NAKASEED grows. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
